Our priority is to ensure we partner with Suppliers who share similar values to ours and uphold the same high ethical standards and principles. Through the Supplier Code of Conduct, we actively promote
responsible business practices across our supply chain and aim to positively influence our business partners to keep the bar high by further raising awareness of below focus areas:

• Health and safety;
• Sustainability;

All our Suppliers have been selected after careful audits of their operations for compliance with local legislation and their ability to meet the international standards ECS expects. They are subject to random
audits by our HSE and procurement team. These efforts have led to excellent improvements in delivered quality where ECS applied rigorous checks for proper certificates and expiry dates prior to acceptance
into our site stores. Given our established operating history ECS are now well optimized to guarantee quality and reliability in the supply chain.

Our AVL (Approved Vendor List) at the current moment as below, where 55 Suppliers - food source and 31 Suppliers are contracted to supply non-food materials, kitchen equipment and all other third party purchases across client contractual demands.
